Big TK (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "big tk") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between big tk and its members.

These Terms and Conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of our members in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the original English version shall prevail.

• These Terms apply to all big tk services — including the website, mobile app, and any associated platforms.
• Big TK reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the website whenever changes are made.
• Continued use of the platform after any update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
• Big TK reserves the right to decline any individual's account registration request.

To open an account with Big TK, the following requirements must be met. These conditions are in place to protect our members.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false details will result in account closure.
• For account verification, big tk may request a copy of your National ID or passport.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact big tk support immediately.

Big TK supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply when making a deposit.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
• big tk does not charge any additional fees on deposits, though your payment provider's own charges may apply.
• big tk reserves the right to investigate suspicious deposits and may temporarily suspend an account if necessary.

Big TK's withdrawal process is fully transparent and fast. Withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, subject to certain conditions.

• Full account verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method and number used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳ 1,000.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings from a bonus.
• In cases of suspicious activity, big tk may delay withdrawals by up to 72 hours.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳ 1,00,000. Limits may differ for VIP members.

Big TK's bonus and promotions program is designed exclusively for our members. Each bonus comes with specific terms that you should review before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• The wagering requirements (rollover requirement) for all bonuses are clearly stated on the bonus page. Typically, you are required to wager 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If wagering requirements are not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• A referral bonus will only be credited once the referred person has successfully registered and made the minimum required deposit.
• Big TK reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program. Advance notice will be given if changes are made.

A set of general rules applies to all game types on Big TK — slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and jackpot games.

• The rules for each game are available within the game interface. You should read them before playing.
• All games on Big TK use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly tested and certified by independent third parties.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, that round will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• In Sports Betting, bets will be settled only after the official result has been announced.
• big tk is not liable for disconnections during gameplay; however, results will be determined based on data saved on the server side.

Big TK is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

• Any form of fraud, hacking, or exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources on big tk.
• Threatening or harassing Big TK staff.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the big tk support team. Equally, big tk reserves the right to suspend or close accounts under certain circumstances.

• If you voluntarily close your account, you may request a withdrawal of your remaining balance (excluding any bonus balance).
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months) may be charged an inactivity fee of up to ৳ 200 per month.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may not be returned.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, your account cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends.

Big TK believes gaming is for entertainment only. We place the highest importance on our members' wellbeing and mental health. big tk offers the following responsible gaming tools.

• Set deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Self-Exclusion: Your account can be temporarily suspended for a period ranging from 1 week to 5 years.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a 24–72 hour break at any time.
• Track your gaming time to help prevent excessive play.
• If signs of addiction appear, the big tk support team is actively available to help.

• If your issue is not resolved through support, you may file a formal complaint with big tk's complaints department.
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, server logs will be considered the final and conclusive evidence.

Big TK reserves the right to modify these terms & conditions, in part or in full, at any time. The following process will be followed for any changes.

• For significant changes, members will be notified by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Minor changes (such as spelling corrections or clarifications) may take effect immediately.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may request account closure and withdraw your remaining balance.
